The Regime 88
The Regime 88 provides both outdoor and indoor exercise sessions tailored to all fitness types.
Our functional exercise sessions provide state of the art equipment and inventive exercise programming in a fun yet challenging environment.
We aim to improve all different facets of your fitness including:
- aerobic capacity
- metabolic conditioning
- muscle strength and endurance
- core stability and strength
- overall functionality and joint mobility
Session details and location
When
Monday & Wednesday evening: 6:30-7:30 p.m (At the dungeon- 61 Wymston Parade, Abbostford)
Our 'Saturday Special' sessions run every Saturday* morning from 7:30 a.m (location below)
The session runs between 45- 90 minute and incorporate high intensity interval circuits, aerobic and metabolic conditioning and circuit training aiming to improve overall muscle strength and endurance.
