Bio
I take an open approach to my health and well being shifting between different workouts and meal plans to find what works best for every individual. My love for playing football and constant educating in all fitness areas keep my brain motivated, which in turn keeps my teams motivated. Functional training is my forte and my focus is on flexibility and technique to help increase longevity to all and their everyday life. My versatile methods make me an adaptable coach utilising small group training and teamwork activities to get maximum results from my clients/team. I will always be able to train my clients regardless of my elements and surroundings. My final send off is functional movements will always be around, so why can't we? Bio
Mark likes to take a holistic approach to his health and well-being incorporating
daily exercise, clean & wholesome eating and weekly yoga sessions to help
keep grounded. An exercise and sporting tragic, Mark loves incorporating functional
training principles, including the humble pull up and deadlift, into his weekly gym
routine, promotes his healthy eating through his instagram account @libfit
and finds inner peace every Sunday morning flowing through a vinyasa Yoga
sequence.
Mark's advice to individuals interested in The Regime 88 project is to invest
1-2 days a week in the functional, dynamic movements promoted during the
sessions. He believes this will lead to improved exercise adherence and accelerate
movement capacity including improving overall body strength, mobility and joint stability.
Being an exercise physiologist, Mark works daily in an environment with people
coping with chronic health conditions and musculoskeletal issues. This
knowledge and expertise allows our staff to manage individuals with persisting
musculoskeletal issues and make a judgement about whether the exercises in our sessions
are appropriate for the individual. If you are concerned about the suitability of our sessions for you please contact Mark directly.
Mark also likes to talk in the third person. Not sure why I went with this approach :)
