All Regime 88 attendees receive newsletters which provide a range of informative and educative pieces including: - Exercise tips and technical break down
- Nutrition advice (produce, natural sweetners, the benefits of different food groups)
- Recipes (including raw treats, easy to make meals and healthy deserts)
