Here at The Regime 88 we have created 30 day exercise challenges to keep you honest and focused with your weekly exercise goals.

Our challenges fall into various categories and include:

Challenge # 1 Booty builder & Ab sculptor

Challenge # 2 Upper body builder & 6 pack heaven

Challenge # 3 Upper body tone & Lower body smash

Our challenges are simple. We provide you with 10 minutes of BODYWEIGHT exercise to complete daily, with video demonstration and progressive repetitions given. Each week the difficulty of the exercises increase and the numbers gradually climb.

The end result ? Visible changes to your body and a habit born. It is widely stated that it takes 30 days to create a new habit, why not make 10 minutes of daily exercise, in conjunction with your usual exercise routine, one you take on?
