The Regime 88 goes mid- week

The Regime 88 will from next Wednesday (21/01/15) be running weekly sessions every Monday and Wednesday evening (6:30-7:15 p.m)

The sessions will take place in the Canini Fitness Dungeon and involve a high intensity MET-CON (see 'our sessions' for more information). Think kettlebells flying around, TRX rows, barbell deadlifts and box jumps all combined in an action packed 45 minutes.
